If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile than you know I love holidays and I love making fun worksheets to share with all of you. When I was a homeschool mom there was nothing I enjoyed more than planning out fun lesson plans to coincide with all the holidays. We almost always had some type of lesson on the days that most schools were closed and you know what–they were always the most fun! Even if you’re not crazy like me, these Thanksgiving worksheets would be great to help keep your kiddos busy while the turkey is cooking!

Thanksgiving worksheets

I’m curious–do your kids have the whole week off for Thanksgiving? For the first time ever (you know, because we were a homeschool family for years) my kids are in different school districts. This means that they often have different holiday breaks. My son had a week off for in October for a fall break that my girls didn’t have. So now my girls have the full week off for Thanksgiving, but my son doesn’t.

I’m looking forward to doing some Thanksgiving-themed work at home with my girls so I made some fun worksheets! There are a couple of easier worksheets and some that are more appropriate for older kids. When your kids are done with the front have them draw a picture on the back of something they’re thankful for!
