I’ve got some more free printables for you today! As I’ve mentioned before, I love homeschool lessons that go along with holidays–they’re always the most fun! The next best thing to a fun hands-on activity or a field trip is a holiday-themed worksheet! Oftentimes my kids don’t even realize they’re doing schoolwork. Okay, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration. Still, they typically don’t fight me on worksheets when there’s a fun holiday twist thrown in! These Halloween worksheets will help your child review some math and ELA concepts while still having some festive fun.

Since I have a range of school-aged kids from kindergarten to fifth grade I have two sets of Halloween worksheets. I have a math page and ELA (English Language Arts) for younger kids and the same for older kids. You can check out all of them and see which ones would be more appropriate for your own little spooky students!

For younger kids the math page focuses on simple addition and subtraction. Depending on your child’s math level these would be appropriate for Kindergarten (with some help) to second grade. For older kids the math page is all about order of operations.

The ELA worksheet for the younger kids covers handwriting with tracing Halloween words, while the older kids will complete a fun Halloween story with different parts of speech.

I would love to see these worksheets in action! I spend a lot of time on providing these free printables for all of you–please take a picture and tag me on social media if you use them!
