Marvel shopping guide: gear for a true avenger

If you love the Marvel movies like my family does then I’m sure you’ve got a favorite. Not just that, but I’m sure you’ve got some gear to go along with your obsession. There are so many cute and funny Marvel-themed items for sale out there. So today I’m sharing a Marvel shopping guide for every little Avenger on your list. Some links contain affiliates, all opinions are my own.

I’ve never come across a Marvel superhero movie that I haven’t liked. I’ve accepted the fact now that even if I don’t know anything about the story line (I’m looking at you Ant Man), it’s pretty much going to be a guarantee that I’ll enjoy it.

When Guardians of the Galaxy came out I didn’t have much of a desire to see it. Unlike the other Marvel movies that had preceded it, I didn’t know much about the storyline. Quite honestly, it didn’t look that great. Obviously, I was wrong.

Marvel’s The Avengers

The first movie, The Avengers, came out in 2012. Since then it has been joined by The Angers: Age of Ultron, then The Avengers: Infinity Wars (Part 1), and a whole series of films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I don’t want to delve into all these movies since that would take more than a single blog post. However, I do want to talk about some of my favorite things about The Avengers series.

First of all, I love that they are action-packed movies but they still have plenty of comedic relief. I don’t know about you, but I need more laughter in my life. These movies really do have a little something for everyone and can have you on the edge of your seat one minute and crying with laughter the next.

Secondly, I love the way that the Marvel movies tie all the characters together. It’s so fun when you’re watching Ant Man and you see a cameo from the Falcon’s character. Or when you realize that you were introduced to Hawkeye’s character for the first time in Thor.

The third thing that I love about the Marvel movies are the end scenes. It’s like a reward for the patient movie-goers that sit through the credits get to enjoy. There’s always at least one (sometimes more!) so I’m genuinely shocked when people get up and leave the theater before the end scene plays! It’s fun getting to see the little hint for an upcoming movie.
