Anyone out there still looking for last minute teacher or neighbor gifts? I like to give a gift to all the teachers but I try to keep it simple. It can be tricky trying to navigate teacher’s gifts. I want to give something thoughtful but I don’t want to spend a lot of money. Especially now that I have five teachers I’m buying for. In the past I’ve done gift cards, homemade jam, and Redbox codes–among other things. I try to stay away from mugs and things like that since I’ve heard from teacher friends that they get way too many. Today I’m sharing a printable gift tag that’s perfect for teachers, neighbors, or even your mail carrier!

inexpensive gift ideas

I stopped into my local market and picked up some little tubes of cookies and small bottles of hand sanitizer spray. I tied these together with some yarn and attached the printable gift tag I created in Photoshop. Here are some other ideas for inexpensive but thoughtful gifts that fit with the “happy & healthy holiday” theme!

  • a bottle of hand sanitizer
  • black elderberry supplements
  • cleaning wipes for the class
  • a bottle of sparkling cider
  • cozy socks
  • vitamin c face mask
  • oranges from your own tree

printable gift tag

This printable gift tag can be printed in color or black and white on your home printer so it’s perfect for those last minute gifts! Sometimes it’s fun to have your little ones color a little picture too and there’s plenty of room on the back of the tag for that. There’s also a spot for your child to write their name or for you to sign for the family. Make sure to tag me on social media if you use it so I can see what you’re gifting!
