salty eats

Have you ever tried LOVE CORN? Think of this like a grown-up version of popcorn–and what’s a movie night without popcorn? For the main salty treat on my Valentine’s Day charcuterie board I grabbed some LOVE CORN in one of four flavors. I like the sea salt and smoked bbq flavors best! All four flavors are made with plant-based ingredients. Best of all, since they’re vegan, gluten free, non-GMO Project Verified, kosher, and sugar free they’re a healthier alternative to some other snacking options. They are so yummy for snacking on and make the perfect addition to a charcuterie board!

sweet treats

I’m all about a good theme and for a Valentine’s Day charcuterie board it’s fun to fill it with the right hue of treats. I grabbed a bunch of different pink and red candies, including anything heart-shaped I could find. Mini cupcakes in classic vanilla and chocolate flavors are fun for this sweet part of the charcuterie board as well. Fresh fruit is always nice to add if anyone wants a break from the refined sugar. Of course, that’s why the LOVE CORN is such a great addition to the spread as well! Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • gummy candies
  • licorice
  • butter mints
  • truffles
  • peanut butter cups
  • mini cupcakes or brownie bites
  • decorated sugar cookies
  • grapes
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
