One of the things on my baby to-do list has always been to stock up on freezer meals. I usually have a mix of store-bought and homemade stockpiled in my freezer for when baby makes their appearance. Even with all the craziness of the past several weeks, I tried the best I could to stock up. It just makes life SO much easier when I can go out to the freezer in the morning and pull something out for dinner. I’m not the best at meal planning–except for when we have a new baby on the way! Anything to make my life easier when welcoming a new member of the family, right?
