
This simple pie crust is the perfect foundation for your favorite pie!
Mix ingredients in a food processer with a dough blade attached until mixture forms a ball as it is being mixed. Do not overmix and don't handle the dough too much. This is one of the tricks to great pie dough!
Ideally, wrap your ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour (and up to a few days). Then rollout with a rolling pin and fold into your pie tin.
