Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes

Bake these orange creamsicle cupcakes in ice cream cones for a fun summer dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Orange Creamsicle cake mix Or substitute vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 12 oz. cream soda
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix make according to directions, ONCE CUPCAKES ARE BAKED.

Instructions

  1. Follow temperature and time baking instructions on the box.

  2. Once cupcakes are baked, poke a hole in the center and fill with vanilla pudding, BEFORE THE PUDDING IS SET.

  3. Allow to cool completely and frost and decorate as desired.

If baking inside of ice cream cones:

  1. Fill cones about halfway and place in a muffin tin to help them stand up while baking.
